Cheers to AIM alumna, SALMA FIKRY (of Maldives)! This member of AIM's Master in Development Management Batch 2004 bagged the first national award in the Maldives as the country celebrated its Republic Day last November 11, 2009. Ms. Fikry was recognized for her efforts in promoting good governance as she works towards decentralization and local governance. AIM is very proud that this first award went to a woman.
